Gerry Fen is a boardwalk through a pond/wetlands near Alexandria, Ontario. At the last minute we decided to visit it, but didn't know what to expect. Turned out we likely were there at the peak of orchid time.
A grass pink orchid appeared first
One stretch of the boardwalk produced numerous showy ladyslipper orchids
A few yellow ladyslippers
And one lone, fading, moccasin flower (a.k.a pink ladyslipper)
